Current LOVE: Benetint by Benefit!

Hi Beauties! I’m SO sorry I haven’t posted in a couple of days! Life has been fairly hectic for me with school and sports and other things in my life! But, I’m back now, and here to talk about an item I have been OBSESSED with lately (literally, obsessed!) That item is Benetint by Benefit, so here is my review for you all!

BUT FIRST: Stila is on HauteLook! They’ve got some CRAZY amazing deals, like full size eyeliners for $5, and their ever-famous Smudge Pots for only $10! They’ve got eyeshadows for $6, and a ton of other amazing amazing beauty products on sale! Tweezerman is also on HauteLook today, and have some AWESOME brow kits! I got one of their brow kits, and can’t wait to get it!

Now for the review!
Benetint By Benefit, $29 at Sephora ( is a rose colored lip and cheek stain. It is a bright, subtle, warm rose color that is flattering on almost all skin tones. It is used for the lips and cheeks, and look stunning on both! On my lips, it is a darker rose, and on my cheeks it is a light rosy pink.
There aren’t enough good things I could say about Benetint. I am in LOVE with it basically, and with the natural flush of color it gives my face. It looks completely flawless, and doesn’t streak (although you need to apply it fairly quickly to avoid streaking!) The color is STUNNING, and not overpowering. It brightens up your complexion instantly, and on some days, is the only makeup I wear. It’s easy to apply, and it smells like roses (major plus!) I cannot fully express my love for Benetint. Initially, I didn’t want to buy it, because $29 on a lip/cheek stain was a tad outrageous. But once my friend Alissa would not stop RAVING about it, I figured I had to try it, and now I know what she means! I absolutely recommend Benetint, it deserves 10 billion stars!
So there is my review! In the comments, tell me if you’ve tried Benetint, and what you think! Hope you enjoyed!

My Favorite Spring Blushes!

Hi Beauties! Spring is officially here, and I am ecstatic! Spring is my favorite season: the flowers, the warmer weather, and the gorgeous makeup! Today I will be talking about my top blushes for spring, I hope you all enjoy!

NARS Blush in Torrid

This blush is a true coral with a hint of pink, and subtle gold shimmer. It is stunning when lightly applied to the apples of your cheeks, and gives you a very springy glow! It is a highly pigmented blush, and applies like a  dream! You can buy it at Sephora ( for $28.

Maybelline Dream Bouncy Blush in Fresh Pink

I adore this blush! The texture is kinda crazy, but it actually applies really well! The shade Fresh Pink is very pigmented, and comes off on your cheeks in a bright bubblegum pink hue. It is not an overpowering, barbie pink, but a fresh pink, as its shade name is called. A lot of people are quite skeptical about the bouncy blushes, but I love them, and definitely recommend them! You can buy it at any drugstore for about $7-8.

Cha Cha Tint

Cha Cha tint is a coraly-mango-orange cheek and lip tint. It has a very gel like consistency, which I personally love! The color is very pigmented and can be quite overpowering on the cheeks, but when applies lightly, it gives a tangerine orange glow, which is beautiful! It radiates on my skin, and definitely compliments my olive skin tone. You can buy it for $29 at Sephora (

Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Dollface

I recently purchased this blush (you can see it in my last post!) but I already am head over heels in LOVE with it! The soft baby pink hue is soft and delicate, but once on your cheeks, it brightens up and looks absolutely flawless! The consistency is smooth and airy, and it does last all day! I love this blush, and can’t wait to try  more from this line! You can buy it from Sephora ( for $25.

So those are all my latest  blush craves! In the comments, tell me what blushes are you super excited to wear this spring! Hope you enjoyed!

On-The-Go Beauty Must Haves!

Hi Beauties! Today I am going to be showing you my top six on-the-go beauty must haves! These are beauty items I have with me wherever I go, and could never leave the house without!

1) bareMinerals Flawless Definition Volumizing Mascara: This is my all time favorite mascara (or at least, one of them!) I have fairly long eyelashes already, but this mascarajust adds the perfect lift to my lashes! It looks absolutely natural, and flawless! My eyelashes like 10 times bigger with this mascara, without being the slightest bit clumpy, and lasting all day. This mascara never smudges, flakes, or dries out your lashes! Its absolutely impeccable. I own the big size and this little baby size, which I love to throw in my bag. The original size is $18, I bought mine at Sephora ( I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for the most natural, volumizing mascara!

2) Anastasia Eye Lights Shimmer in Lace:  This product is the most AMAZING inner corner highlighter. It is a creamy, easy to blend shimmery golden color. It is not extremely gold and flashy but gives the most subtle shimmer and glow to your eyes. It’s perfect to have if you are looking rather dull, and want to brighten up your face! It is extremely easy to apply, as it’s sort of like a jumbo-eye liner! It is super creamy and lasts a very long time. It’s perfect to highlight the inner corner, to line your water line with, and sometimes all over the lid, as a shadow or base! I purchased mine at Sephora ( for $10. They are a special promotion, and selling out quick, so get them while you can. I never go a day without wearing this highlighter, and definitely recommend it to everyone!

3) NYC Smooth Skin Pressed Powder:  This is my all time favorite pressed powder! I have very oily skin, so it is pretty essential for me to have a pressed powder to touch up my oily areas whenever I need it! This powder is super light, but is great at mattifying. It really doesn’t give any coverage, but thats not what I use it for. It never cakes, it lasts SO long, and gives me a very airbrushed finish. I absolutely CANNOT live without this powder! And the best part is, it’s SO cheap! I bought this powder on sale at my local Rite Aide for 96 cents. 96 CENTS! I believe regularly it is about $2-3 dollars, which is still an incredible steal for the quality! I recommend this powder to ANYONE!

4) Posietint by Benefit: This is a great lip and cheek tint, in a bubblegum pink hue! It has a gel like consistency, which feels great on my lips (I don’t use it for my cheeks!). I love the flush of color it gives my cheeks, its absolutely stunning. Its really great to put on when you need a pop of color to liven up your face or play up your makeup look. Because it is a stain, it lasts a very long time, and because it has a wonderful gel-like consistency, it NEVER dries out your lips. I have a mini size that I bought from Sephora in a kit, which makes it very easy to throw in my bag and go. You can buy the full size for $29 at Sephora (

5) Smith’s Rosebud Salve:  I adore this stuff! Basically, it is a slightly tinted petroleum jelly in a cute vintage tin! I absolutely love this stuff because it is so hydrating for my lips, and a little goes a super long way! It smells amazing too- it has a honey and roses kind of scent. It sounds weird but smells AMAZING. I love putting this balm on whenever my lips start to feel a bit chapped, because it is beyond nourishing and gives a pretty glossy finish. I bought mine at a local boutique, but I know you can but them at Sephora ( for $6.

6)  Urban Decay 24/7 Concealer Pencil:  This is the best concealer EVER. It is small and compact and great to take with you. I really recommend carrying a concealer with you, incase your previous one wears off or you find some blemish you urgently need to cover up! This concealer is FABULOUS: it is creamy, easy to blend, and you can barely tell your wearing it. It never cakes, and doesn’t wear off too easily. The only downside: you can’t twist it up, you need to SHARPEN IT. Some might not find this a negative, but I definitely would have preferred a retractable concealer. Either way, I absolutely ADORE this concealer! I am in the shade NSA, and I purchased it at the Urban Decay website ( for $18.

Those are all of my on-the-go beauty must haves! In the comments, tell me what you can’t go anywhere without! Hope you enjoyed!

My Top 3 Perfumes!

Hi Beauties! So today I am going to be talking about my top 3 perfumes! I absolutely ADORE perfume, although I don’t own that many. However, I’ve picked for you all my 3 favorites, and I can’t wait to share them with you!

(You can buy all these perfumes at almost any department store, or Sephora (

Let’s begin…..

Starting with my 3rd favorite perfume, that would be my Daisy by Marc Jacobs. I love this perfume soo much! It has a very elegant, yet floral scent. The scent is definitely more mature, and sophisticated, but the floral notes definitely take the edge off this perfume. The packaging is stunning with a curved glass bottle, and a plastic flower adorned top. I own the 3.4 oz Eau de Toilette version, coming in at $78. I definitely recommend this perfume, although it may be suitable more so for a fancy party or dinner, rather than every day use.

My second favorite perfume is the Couture Couture by Juicy Couture perfume. I am IN LOVE with this scent! I was a bit wary about buying this perfume, as I am not a huge fan of Juicy Couture fragrances, however, this is quite the exception! This perfume has a muskier floral scent, which is very girly. It is sweet, and girly, yet with a little muskier tone to it, which is definitely why I love this perfume! I own the 1 oz Eau de Parfum, which normally costs $52. However, I picked this perfume up on sale for only $29.99 at TJ Maxx! Again, I definitely recommend this perfume, but for more of a every day use.

And finally…..

My number one perfume! That would be the Chloé Eau de Toilette by Chloe. I ADORE this perfume! It is a straight up fresh, springy floral scent. It is so clean and fresh, and just brightens your day with every spritz! The strong floral notes definitely give you a springy vibe. The floral is very noticeable, but not overpowering. The scent remains fresh, clean, and young. I ownthe 1.7 oz spray, which costs $65. However, I did receive this fragrance for Christmas. Overall, if you were to pick one perfume, I would say pick Chloé Eau de Toilette!

I hope you all enjoyed this post! In the comments, tell me your favorite perfume and what scents you can’t wait to wear for spring!

Review: Maybelline Baby Lips

Hi Beauties! Today I am going to be reviewing the Maybelline Baby Lips (Around $4, any drugstore) I am absolutely ADORE these lip balms, and can’t wait to share them with you!

Baby Lips have been a pretty popular item recently, drawing people in with their fun colors, scents, and packaging. They are moisturizing chapsticks in a variety of shades!

At first, I thought they were just chapsticks, with not-so-great pigmentation and a chalky texture. But I was completely wrong! I decided to pick one up (the Peppermint one) before a ski trip, because I needed a new chapstick, especially one with SPF (Baby Lips have SPF 20). Once I tried it, I immediately loved it. They are moisturizing, smooth, and simply amazing! I was obsessed.

Once I got back from the ski trip, I picked up two more (the Cherry and Grape ones). These two are tinted, and are just as good as the Peppermint one. They provide a sheer wash of color, that is perfect for everyday use. They last long, and are super moisturizing, too!

Baby Lips are my new favorite lip balms, FOR SURE. They are affordable, moisturizing, they have SPF (which is hard to find!) and make me happy with their bright colors and packaging. The ones I own are Peppermint, Cherry Me, and Grape Vine.

I definitely recommend these, and suggest checking out your local drugstore for them! I included some pictures down below of the Baby Lips, and tell me in the comments if you like Baby Lips, and which colors I should try next!

Review: butter LONDON Teddy Girl Nail Lacquer

Hi beauties! So today I am doing a review on the butter LONDON Teddy Girl Nail Lacquer ($14,

I bought this polish along with a few others off the butter LONDON website, to see what all the hype about these new polishes was all about! These were, in my opinion, super expensive for just one bottle of polish, but now I can tell you myself that it is TOTALLY worth it!

Teddy Girl is a light pastel-y pink color that applies like a dream! It doesn’t streak, it is so easy to apply, and in just two coats it is full opaque. The color is very light and airy, and is the perfect way to start off spring!

I am absolutely in LOVE with this color! I’ve gotta say, it definitely beats my Essie Fiji AND Essie Ballet Slippers, which have been a few all time staple baby pinks of mine!

This color is perfect for the warmer seasons to come, and will especially look good with a tan 🙂 I’ve taken a few pictures of the polish on my nails below, and of the bottle itself. Tell me in the comments what you think of the color, and if you’ve tried any other butter LONDON colors!  Hope you enjoy!
